UK free for orders over £20

£5 for orders under £20

Online orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched on the same day. 

We normally send UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked. 

Europe, USA and Rest of World free for orders over £50

£15 for orders under £50

We deduct UK VAT (20%) from the price of our products at checkout for all international customers. To qualify for free shipping, your total basket value after VAT removed should be £50. Before VAT is removed the basket value will be £60.

All orders are shipped from the UK and are fully tracked.

Due to continued cargo delays caused by COVID19, we are temporarily limiting the countries to which we ship. If your country option does not appear on the checkout page, please get in touch with us for help.


Orders received before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday are usually processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We value our customers in Europe and thank you for your support.

Although you should expect some delays - in part due to Covid-19, we are continuing to despatch orders to all European countries.


UK VAT (20%) will be deducted from your total order value when you enter your address at checkout. You will be asked by the courier to pay your country's equivalent VAT before your order is delivered to you.


Our products are made in the United Kingdom and are classed as cosmetics (Harmonised Code: 3304.99.0000). As such, no duty is payable on our products.

If for any reason you are charged duty, please let us know so that we can get this issue resolved for you.

Our products are despatched from the United Kingdom. 

UK VAT (20%) is removed at checkout for customers with a non-UK shipping address.

You may need to pay local VAT directly to the delivery carrier before they deliver your parcel. Additionally, the delivery carrier will charge a nominal admin handling fee.

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

We are fully committed to reducing waste as much as possible. To help protect your products, we use fully biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from starch.

As our products are only sold online and fulfilled by us directly, we made the decision in 2018 to remove all outer boxes. This helps prevent the unnecessary use of single-use cardboard.

You will find all the information you need about our products here on the website, and the label on every bottle includes ingredient and usage information. You can also contact us at any time should you need further information on how to recycle our packaging.

Unfortunately from time-to-time a delivery may be delayed. Please allow 10 working days from the day you placed your order before contacting us. If your parcel has still not arrived and has not been marked as delivered through the tracking service, contact us quoting your order number. 

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you. Although we endeavour to always provide the best possible service to you, the service of third party providers is out of our hands.

Your address

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct full address including door number or house name, street address and postal code when placing an order.

If your parcel is undelivered due to a full address not being correctly provided, we will resend your parcel for an additional £6 (£10 for international orders) to cover the cost of postage.

When placing your order, please ensure you have made arrangements to take receipt of it. Our parcels do not fit through the letterbox.
