We are now able to offer a duty paid service to our customers in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. But to make this happen, we've had to implement a minimum order of £60.
You will not be charged any taxes or handling fees when your products are delivered.

We ship all international orders from the UK using UPS Worldwide Expedited®.

Unfortunately due to continued cargo delays caused by COVID19, we have temporarily paused worldwide shipping.
Orders received before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday are usually processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We are fully committed to reducing waste as much as possible. To help protect your products, we use fully biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from starch.
As our products are only sold online and fulfilled by us directly, we made the decision to remove all outer boxes. This helps prevent the unnecessary use of single-use cardboard.
You will find all the information you need about our products here on the website, and the label on every bottle includes ingredient and usage information. You can also contact us at any time should you need further information on how to recycle our packaging.
Unfortunately from time-to-time a delivery may be delayed. Please allow 10 working days from the day you placed your order before contacting us. If your parcel has still not arrived and has not been marked as delivered through the tracking service, contact us quoting your order number.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you. Although we endeavour to always provide the best possible service to you, the service of third party providers is out of our hands.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct full address including door number or house name, street address and postal code when placing an order.
If your parcel is undelivered due to a full address not being correctly provided, we will resend your parcel for an additional £5 (£15 for international orders) to cover the cost of postage.
When placing your order, please ensure you have made arrangements to take receipt of it. Our parcels do not fit through the letterbox.
