Delayed or Lost Delivery
We despatch all standard orders via the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.
Although Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels within 2-3 days of despatch, unfortunately from time-to-time a delivery may be delayed the postal service. Please allow 10 working days from the day you placed your order. If your parcel has still not arrived and has not been marked as delivered through the tracking service, contact us using the form below quoting your order number.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you. Although we endeavour to always provide the best possible service to you, the service of third providers is out of our hands.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct full address including door number or house name, street address and postal code when placing an order.
If your parcel is undelivered due to a full address not being correctly provided, we will resend your parcel for an additional £3.95 to cover the cost of postage.
We despatch all standard orders via the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email when we send your parcel. When placing your order, please ensure you have made arrangements to take receipt of it. Our parcels do not fit through the letterbox. You can leave a safeplace note during the checkout process.
We will not take responsibility for any orders marked as delivered by Royal Mail's tracking service if you have not provided a safeplace note.
